Graphic !! Tissue after passing everything 2 days later ?

So I have been spotting for about 5 days until I actually passed my baby on Tuesday ! Had labor like pains and huge clots .. Yesterday was the day after and I had some bleeding no clots or pains . Today I went back to ER which they told me that my cervix closed back up again (good sign) soon as I took a shower two smaller clots came out and scared me I am now bleeding quite a bit . Has anyone ever had this after passing so much ?? Maybe it was the doctor when he pushed down he kind of helped me pass the remains ? How much longer ?? How much more ???
