I am currently breastfeeding through mastitis (yikes!) and will continue to breastfeed my LO, but reading this piece made me feel better about being less than jazzed about my breastfeeding journey thus far and way more informed about the medical research behind "breast is best".
Take it or leave it, but I hope at least a few other new mommies out there will read it and find comfort.
