Delayed ovulation after Chemical Pregnancy

I found out I was pregnant on July 20 then naturally miscarried on Aug 2 at 5 weeksI have PCOS & had just started taking metformin in June during the middle of a cycle & on my next first full cycle on it I ovulated on CD 13 and got pregnant that month well now since the misscarriage I have yet to ovulate and am on CD 17, is this normal for it to be delayed? And did you have any luck concieving after CP with a later ovulation?
