Hungry but nothing sounds good?

Does anyone else get super hungry but then absolutely nothing sounds good? I'm super early into my pregnancy (not even 4 weeks yet), but I am hungry ALL THE TIME, but when I go to find food... Absolutely nothing sounds appealing. Is this just me?! Anyone else feel my pain?!

You may just be thirsty. Try drinking a glass of water and then see if your still "hungry". 😊

Happens to me and I make a grilled cheese lol. After the first bite, it sounds great!

Try water. Thirst can easily be mistaken as hunger.
