Does it have the same effect as sex for trying to Induce labour? Or do I need the sperm? 😂 my SO is scared to have sex with me so I'm just curious

Sperm contains prostaglandins (which is what's in pitocin, only pitocin is way more concentrated) and *can* help thin the cervix (but is not always effective). Also, orgasms cause your uterus to contract, which *can* stimulant labor contractions. Again, this is not proven to be super effective, and will not work if your body isn't ready, unfortunately.
