So I think I'm having my first migraine ever! I'm 25 and this has been going on for about 3 hours now.  I took Tylenol but have yet to feel it work (took about 10 minutes ago).   Anywho, I feel really sick- like nauseated and body aches.  No energy either and sometimes dizzy and I seem to be squinting.  Lights on or off don't help as we were just driving from one city to another (2hour drive) to get home.  I just would like to know if anyone else has felt this with a migraine? I'm not looking for negativity or people who assume I'm overreacting, just what symptoms others have gotten.  Thanks.
