seeking help ! it's long

All my life I been small . My first pregnancy I was eating gaining weight like I'm suppose to & got up to 100 and something but unfortunately I lost the child . My second pregnant here at 13 almost 14 weeks my pre pregnancy weight was 96 or 97 (yes I'm small for my age) however this time of pregnancy  morning sickness has been my worst nightmare. When I eat it feels like it sits right on my stomach ready to come back up. Went to a few doctors apt my very first to confirm my pregnancy I was a 92 my weight has dropped then I went back and I was down to a 90 . The I was devastated... At this point I'm scared I eat but seem like it's not working and I eat all the time not like I did my first pregnancy but I eat . Any suggestion I'm really seeking help
