Idk Whats Goin On (HELP ASAP)

So my period is 4 days late and im 16 so i know people say its cause im a teenager still and that periods can be wonky but it hasnt been irregular for almost a year you could say but i do have protected sex with my boyfriend everytime its protected the last 3 times weve used a condom wich he hasnt been able to finish cause theyve been tight on him and two maybe three times before we used condoms i used spermicide except i used two tubes just in case and to be safer, all that was after my last period so we've been super protective but the last few days all ive gotten was light cramping thinking i was going to have my period other than that nothing feels different i dont "feel pregnant" so is it stress or am i just irregular this month ? Please Help Asap
