Hello,​We have been trying to get pregnant for awhile now and I took a test and I'm pregnant

​We have been trying to get pregnant for awhile now and I took a test and I'm pregnant! Yay! That was last week. I called me OBGYN and made an appt for 9/9 so they could 'confirm the pregnancy'. The problem now is that I just woke up this morning to use the bathroom and I had some blood. I did the tampon test and for sure there's some light pinkish blood coming out. Now I'm worried and it's Saturday and I can't go to my appt until Sept. Even if they could take me early it would have to be next Friday bc of my work schedule. Has anyone experienced bleeding at the beginning and still had a healthy pregnancy. Of course I went straight to the Google machine and they say yes you could, but it could also mean you are experiencing a number of ailments; i.e. Ectopic preg, miscarriage etc. Anyone with medical knowledge is welcome to comment.
