Transvaginal sonogram question??

I recently had a transvaginal sonogram done about two days ago. I was almost 8 weeks at that point. My results came back inconclusive, they found no fetus or sack. I've already been having complications which is why I had the sonogram because I'm sure I've had or been having a miscarriage. Anyway, I don't have a definitive answer if I still have a baby or not, so I'm having more blood work done to check my HCg levels again. What are Y'alls thoughts? Anyone been through somethings like this?
