Soft serve ice cream

So had no idea that soft serve ice cream had a high risk of listeria...not going to lie-ate it 3 days in a row. Blizzard from Dairy Queen, birthday cake milkshake from zaxbys and now just ate froyo for dinner..I asked if it was pasteurized first...and I'm a freak about avoiding everything else at risk for listeria..obviously avoiding from now on..but think I'll be okay? Anxiety is high 😬
