could be pregnant please help

hi my best friend is 16 and she thinks she might be pregnant and neither of us know what to do. the last time she had sex was the end of June with her now ex boyfriend. she has been throwing up a lot and been hungry and she missed her period. she had one last month but not this one. she doesn't have any money for a test and I won't see her for a while to give her any. she's freaking out someone please give us knowledge lol. she's been on and off birth control for the past year so her periods have been all messed up and I think it's just late but what do y'all think? please any info will be useful
