Do u get in the pool on your period 🤔😊

Alright so I'm going on a trip and I'm about to get my period and it's a water trip so idk what to do . Should I or should I not get in the water🤔❤️

I'm a competitive swimmer so I've always just worn tampons! Believe me, you don't stop bleeding. The water doesn't stop it, it just disperses the blood so you can't see it coming out of you. As soon as you get out of the pool, blood will be running down your legs. It's happened to me before and a guy on my team asked me if I spilled Gatorade on myself 😂😂 long story short, wear a tampon!!

Do not get in without a tampon. Water does temporarily 'stop' your period but it's different for everyone. It could take a little bit for it to stop. It would be embarrassing if you got in without one and blood ended up in the pool.

Once you get in the water the blood doesn't really flow so you could try going without anything. I always just wear a tampon and put a clean one in before swimming usually when I get out and change it it's completely clean

My aunt was on her period in the pool and I asked her was she wearing anything (ik kinda weird) and she told me the blood dosent flow when your in the water.. Like when I'm in the shower it dosent run down my legs except for when I first get in... You should be good if your skeptical about it you could TRY tampons but you shouldn't need to they usually come out clean.

The water does stop it coming out while in the water but unless want red streaks running down your legs once you've got out and walked around... I always use a tampon and have never had a problem

Water does not stop the flow i know first hand. I trusted people saying it would went swimming and well what do you know blood in the pool. Water disperses it making it lighter so you may not see it all the time. But really think about it do you want to be swimming in period blood. Im sure no one else does so wear a tampon please.
