Lowering Fasting BS
Just venting. I was worried about my fasting being a little high yesterday (88) and I forgot to eat an evening snack, so I thought maybe a small half serving of peanut butter and low fat graham crackers (hehe I was trying to fill my sweet tooth with the graham crackers) would help...woke up with a 91 fasting this morning 😭
Maybe I might do better with cheese tonight...
Anyone have better luck with their nighttime snack and better fasting BS?
Also, has anyone tried taking Benefiber or Apple Cider Vinegar to help with sugars? Just curious if it helps.
