I didn't have any morning sickness in the first trimester at all. Woke up this morning, dry heaved for 2 solid minutes. Once it had past, I ate half a bagel and went about my day. About an hour later I had to run to the bathroom and threw it all up. Is second trimester morning sickness common or did I just eat something bad? Been laying in bed for like 4 hours since then after  getting a really good night's sleep and can't seem to manage to get up and do anything.
