Burned my baby bump...suggestions? (Pic of minor burn)

Just a couple droplets of boiling water burned my stomach through my dress about 4 days ago. It has somewhat scabbed over, but feels quite irritated and is red around the burned area. Could this be infected? Also, any home remedies I can use for healing purposes?

Burns can look like that but now that you have an open wound it needs to be cleaned with warm water or saline and then covered with an ointment. Change the dressing twice a day! It's leaving it open that can cause leave it infection prone. Infection signs are heat, swelling, drainage, and significant redness so look out for and of course get your dr to check it!

I usually have Vitamin E gel capsules around the house, I will cut one open and rub the gel on the burn after I wash it.
