IGNORANT

Why is this seemingly everyone's favorite word nowadays? Do they not understand that it's rude to call someone ignorant? It's the same as any other type of namecalling, and typically those who resort to namecalling are having trouble articulating their viewpoint. There is a difference between someone letting their baby sleep in the freezer (true ignorance), and calling someone ignorant because they have a different opinion than you. And honestly, the great majority of people I see using the word 'ignorant' are using it in a context to make themselves feel self important. Choose a different descriptor unless the word ignorant is truly fitting of the situation.
