I went for a gender determination ultrasound at 16 weeks to a private clinic. The tech was only working for last 6 months as a tech. The ultrasound was supposed to be for 10 minutes but she couldn't determine the gender for at least 20 min or so. The baby had its legs closed and was in a very awkward position. She also said she will try her best to confirm as baby is really small. Finally after more then 40 minutes she said I'm 80% sure now. She also said afterwards don't buy anything based on this ultrasound. Finally she confirmed its a boy and she is 100% sure. Funny thing is I looked at the ultrasound myself and I only saw two lines near the butt. She offered me a picture of the baby's private part but I was so ready to leave that I said thank you and left. When leaving I asked how much sure she is its a boy and she said its 100%. I'm doubting her now. Should I get another ultrasound?
