Fever

I'm currently 14 weeks pregnant FTM and I'm feeling horrible. I checked my temperature and it's at 99.4 F. I read that over 100 I should see my doctor. What do you ladies think I should do? I don't take Tylenol while I'm pregnant even though it's safe but I am more than willing too if being sick will affect the baby. I'm considering the ER but if I can try some other stuff first I would prefer it.
