Tired of the word "normal"

Maria
I am so frustrated! I know that pregnancy has a lot of symptoms that are "normal", but can you please look at me as an individual for a second? Every one is different something might be normal for one, and it might be a sign of abnormality for another one. My doctor has not seen me for 4 months, and he never listens to me. I was in the hospital for 4 days on April, and he never listened to me when I told him my blood pressure was high. It has been getting higher, and higher since then and he is just starting to noticed. My blood pressure is normally low, and I get that with pregnancy is supposed to go up, but everytime it goes up I get unbearable right side pain. I just wish he would listen to me and all the symptoms I have. Now his nurse says that unless my blood pressure is 160/110 is not relevant, well shit! I am already over 140/90. I have protein in my urine, constant UTIs, right side pain, extreme fatigue, my eyes get really sensitive and I gain weight suddenly. I wish I could switch doctors because I don't feel like all this is that normal.
