This is in my armpit just so we're clear. It started as 3 small pimple like bumps and has gonna worse over the past week and a half. It's sore and itchy. For the person who's going to tell me to try shaving, I have and it hurts so bad. *the glossy look is from coconut oil I've been putting on it to help with the itch. My question, does this look like herpes? And has anyone had a break out in their armpit?!
