Menstrual cramp pain
Lately I've been getting menstrual like cramps. They're pretty painful & I end up having to take deep breathes. It only happens like 3 times a day. Is this a normal feeling ? It'll start as a cramp & then as a tightening feeling. I'm 32 wks & a ftm I just want to make sure that is normal
