Never go back to normal? I hate to admit but I gained close to 50lbs while pregnant- had horrible pitting edema, developed carpal tunnel
Baby was born 7/20 and I still have a big belly bump, my right knee feels so messed up, my feet hurt if I walk long distances still and the right arch of my foot stings often.
My carpal tunnel is still not gone either.
I love being a momma but I just feel like
