In dire need of motivation.
Ladies, recently I've been diagnosed with PCOS. It all makes sense now (the weight gain, the weird hair etc). Now that I know what the issue is, it's time for me to start making changes (other than my new prescription of Metformin).
Do you have any suggestions or tips for me to get started on my weight loss journey? I personally really struggle with sticking to a routine. What diet(s) do you follow? Any insight is so appreciated! ❤️😊
