What were your symptoms when having a miscarriage? Help!!

Brown spotting which turned into red bleeding and deep cramps (like really bad period cramps). My boobs stopped hurting and my appetite came back. When I passed a few rather large clots and my cramps immediately subsided, I knew that I miscarried. All of this lasted about 1 week.

I had no symptoms. I found out at my 3rd ultrasound that there was no longer a heartbeat. One of the worst days ever 😥💔

First it was cramps. Then I was bleeding a LOT. Way more than any period. I went through a super plus in 30 minutes 2 times in a row. Clots. Lots of clots in the bleeding. I went to the doctor 2 days later and they informed me that I had an incomplete miscarriage.
