Over the counter fertility pills, yay or nah??

Soo I've been reading about this over the counter fertility pill called fertilaid, I was wondering if any of you have tried it, had any success with it, or know of something else ??? Ive been TTC for six months doing everything for daily vitamins for reproductive health, conception tests, bbt, etc. Felling a little hopless:/
