Planned c-section but having contractions now.. Need your advice

I had NST today and noticed having contractions. My doctor checked down and told I am dilated 1cm already and it's soft so they might not weight till Friday.

I have few questions can I ask them to put catheter after getting spinal block? Babies most likely will stay behind in nicu ..how did you manage it when you are discharged and they are not?
