Clomid and opks

So I'm currently on my first cycle with clomid. I have pcos and having been ttc for 17months. I am on CD15 and took 100mg of clomid a day for CD 2-6. I had taken opks from CD9 up to now. All were negative until CD12. I had 2 positive opks on CD12 and CD13. CD 14 was negative and then CD15 was positive again.

I have had the correct cm and cp in correlation with the opks and my bbt has been risen since CD10 and has remained consistently high.

I have had harsh sharp pains in the right side of my abdomen for the last few days and my nipples have been killing; so sensitive, erect and sore.

Do you think my hormones are still out of whack or that perhaps I've ovulated twice? I'm worried the opks were false positives. However I have been given a strong beginning dose, especially for my small frame.

Any thoughts? Thank you :)
