Hey everyone... I need some help. My girlfriend just told me that her husband cheated on her. Not only that, he has hit and choked her. She asked me not to say anything obviously but I can't just sit back and not do anything. She stayed at mine and my husbands house about a year ago and her husband kept saying he was going to kill himself. She showed me pictures tonight of what he did to her and at this point I'd rather him kill himself. This is the first she has confided in me. How can I get her out? Restraining orders don't do anything anymore. He last beat her when she was 12 weeks pregnant. I just don't know what to do. She is so scared that he will find and kill her and doesn't want to bring me or my husband into it because she thinks he might kill us too. I just can't sit back and let this happen. Please, anything will help. Someone who has been through an abusive situation or a friend that helped someone through and abusive situation. Please.
