Bald spots on baby's head

Has anyone noticed bald patches on the sides of their baby's head that were caused by rubbing while breastfeeding? Not just your avarage bold spot on the back of your baby's head lol I'm getting a little concerned if the hair will grow back on these spots as I read on Livestrong that the bald patches are not in relation with hormones.
