I've been taking vitex for a little more than 2 months now my cycles were 60- 110 days apart but using it my first cycle was 54 days and the second 43 days. I do have pcos and am trying to give my hormones the kick they need to mellow out lol anyways my questions are... how long did you take it? Did you have pcos? Did you get a bfn from taking vitex? And how long were you taking vitex before you got your positive? Any answers would be very much appreciated! Oh and I'll be seeing a herbalist next week to get some answers too but I wanted to ask someone with experience
