Routine help.

So, long story short I am no longer working and have been really slacking on keeping myself on a good schedule. I'll sleep til like 1 in the afternoon then get up, do my normal cleaning, and try to keep myself in line with working out. I hate slipping because then it just snowballs and gets worse. For some reason I am terrible at making good habits and sticking to them lol I'm not lazy, I just find myself making excuses because I no longer have to wake up every morning for something like I did when I was working. Anybody have any tips on keeping good habits?!
