I've been getting the same! I start to feel hungry again like I'm starved. Makes me feel nauseous until I have something to eat. Smaller more frequent meals seem to be necessary!

Have you had an ultrasound? When i was first pregnant (well still happens now) i would get hungry alot just like you i would eat and an hour or two later bam hungry again. Went to my first ultrasound turns out im having twins.
