Found out I have a midline retroverted uterus.. Advice needed!

Can this cause issues with conceiving?
I have a almost 3 year old and had a miscarriage last year at 11 weeks. We have been trying to conceive for 6 months now. I went to the ER with pains and they did a cat scan that showed different things and this was one of them.
