Evening primrose oil

I picked up some EPO but im wondering how to take it? The bottle says 2 pills 3 times a day but that seems like alot to me (and it doesnt specify for pregnant woman) so how much should i take??? 
Ps, i know it doesnt actually bring on labour, it just ripens the cervix :)
