Can anybody tell me what this is? Its been here for about 4 days and is quite sore, i cant sleep on that side or it aches. I dont want to bother the doctors if its just a simple spot

Looks like a pimple to me.. I get ear pimples every now and then theyre quite painful i normally pop them if i can because i have no self control lol you could try a warm compress maybe put some toothpaste on to dry it out

pop it its a white head but a bit of a swollen puss 1 pop it pain will go the put a bit of germolean on it its local anastetic so numbs pain heals and kills germs 😊
