Baby hasn't kicked today at all?

Question

I'm 27W3D and my son hasn't kicked at all today. I'm drinking a coke (I know not good!) And sitting in my chair at home and nothing. Not even a nudge... What should i do?? I'm a FTM and don't wanna go to the ER if it's nothing...

Update: I am having some belly pain like you have to poo, but TMI I just pooed and the pain is still there.

Please go get checked I went to the er a few nights ago everything was fine thank God but a woman there right before me they couldn't find her babies heartbeat and he hadn't moved all day. You never know better safe than sorry.

This happened to me the other day at almost 27 weeks and I was freaking out a bit... I had a peach and laid down and made sure I paid attention for any kind of movement... Sure enough , she was moving slightly and then later in the night she was back to her old kicking self 💜. It's easy to freak out... But baby is probably fine , try something sweet and be patient for movement 😊

Eat or drink something and lay on your left side. If you haven't felt anything in an hour or so go to the L&D if it makes you feel better. When I was about that far along I would have days I didn't feel my son move at all. I called my doctor who told me everything was more than likely okay, babies have restful days and energetic days just like us 😊 but he did say he'd rather I go to L&D to ease my anxiety then sit around stressing about it.

that happens to me sometimes. I debate the whole day whether I should go in or not.. Every time that has happened she's just having a lazy day and kicks up a storm at night. You can try playing some loud music too, it might startle him. but in the end, go with your gut.
