Just curious what some people are going to be using as a focal point during labour. I have to fill out forms before I book my hospital tour and have to check off stuff I'll be doing and wanting to do to help me during labour like having a bath and walking around, one of the things I can choose is having a focal point and I never really thought of what I would use or want to use
