I have never been so happy! We were under the impression that my SO's work would cover 4 weeks of paternity leave at 80%, which is more than amazing and we were so thankful! Well since ive been in pre-labor for a few weeks now, they told him to start paternity leave now... And take the year! At 80%!! I can't stop crying, I am so thankful! He may not take the entire year but just having that option is so amazing, I love that he won't have to miss any milestones ❤
