How many people actually had diarrhea and discharge before the baby came?

I have a scheduled c-section Monday, but starting today I've been having back pains, more discharge along with diarrhea. I have plans to go with my family to see my father in law about two and a half hours away on sat, just trying to see if I should or shouldn't be worried?!
