baby acne?

Anybody's baby got it? Is it common? How long does it last?

I put breast milk on my son's baby acne, and it helped a lot! Same with his blocked tear ducts!

I know how frustrating it can be, my little boy had it bad bad at 1 months, all over his face!  It will go away in it own, don't use baby oil on his face!!! Try switching his lotion/wash soap.  I was using Johns & Johnson which seems to irritate it more. Now all I use is Aveeno baby products. Once the acne cleared up it will follow by vey dry skin, try to put lotion on it as often or when it gets dry.   I only this this once a day, it's a miracle cure!!!!!

Heat rash is due to room/baby's temp, baby acne is due to your hormones working their way out of baby's system. My little one has it, it's mostly going away now but he's had it for 2.5 weeks. It's very common, just keep his face clean and do not apply any lotions or anything.

Yeah my boy has it a little bit around his mouth. Got told it's because of heat and if your baby spits up a bit. Doesn't bother him so I leave it be
