Tightening in my belly 😳😳

So ive been doing laundry all day and been having to walk up and down my stairs carring my clothes hamper to get to my washer... And about 2 hours ago i have been feeling some tightening in my belly. No pain just the tightening i feel my little man still move.. Im exactly 26 weeks pregnant. Should it be something to worry about?
