HELP: Advice needed for before, during and after natural child birth?!

Avoid unnecessary medical intervention.  Having your water broken, inductions, epidurals, pitocin, etc... believe in your body,  know that babies heart rate drops with contractions (it's natural.) Fuel yourself especially with a long labor. Without food your body has nothing to run on. CALMS magnesium can help calm your nerves. Essential oils are great for focusing. Music.  Homeopathic remedies for labor.  Knowing that it's not always easy to do it natural but it's worth knowing what it feels like for your body and baby to work together for an amazing right of passage.

I'm interested too! I would love to have a natural delivery, but I know as soon as the pain starts I'm going to be begging for anything to make it stop! How do you motivate yourself to say no to pain meds?
