I lost half mine each shower. 😒 if you don't already. Stop washing your hair every day. Dry shampoo needs to be your best friend. Do coconut oil treatments. Shampoo starting at your roots and going to your ends. Condition your ends to your roots. STOP USIG A TOWEL TO DRY YOUR HAIR. IF YOU WRAP IT. STOP THAT TOO. use a Tshirt. A cotton one. I always use a size small. I turn the shirt upside down.(arm holes should be closest to you) I put the neck hole around my head (turn your head upside down) and pull up into a pony. I can take pictures for instructions. Never ever ever ever twist anything on your hair. Stop wrapping your hair bows tight. Do them light.

Losing hair in pregnancy is common in losing mine .but that will also mean you want lose it at the end . 
All these women with thicker hair will lose it all in the end . We learned that in cosmetology school . I thought I might be the only one losing my hair during pregnancy tho. Lol

I had the same issue. I literally cut my hair sholder length just to get it under control. You would walk around my house and thought I had shag carpet. Everyone is different... good luck!
