My fiance and I have been together for about 4 1/2 years. Best friends for about 8 years. We have a son and we used to live with my parents and fought all the time due to the stress there. We been out on our own now and he got a new job. It's physically demanding but less hours then what he was working and he likes the environment. For some reason the little things tick him off. He tells me I don't appreciate him and his hard work. Yet I stay at home with our son all day and the dog. I have a clean house and dinner ready for him. Clothes picked out after his shower and I don't know what more he wants. I feel like he wants me to kiss him and tell him thank you everyday for going to work. He doesn't tell me thank you everyday for a clean house or happy toddler and dog. Sure he thanks me for dinner. Am I in the wrong here? Should I tell him everyday thanks for your hard work? I feel like with his work and my busy life at home we forget the love and spark between us. Like I would love to kiss him as soon as he walks thru the door but I usually in the kitchen cooking or taking care of the dog or our son. I guess just give me some advice please? I trying to be the perfect house wife here.
