Labor near?

I'm a ftm. Yesterday and the day before yesterday I lost part of my mucus plug slightly brown. Baby has dropped and I have contractions lasting 10-15 minutes for 30-40sec each but they last for 2-3 hours and then stop. I'm 34w6d should I expect labor soon? Any experiences with 35 weekers?

In my opinion if your contractions are really bad it doesn't hurt to go in and see. I waited my contractions out because it wasn't 2-3 minutes apart. My SO had to force me to go in because of how bad and how long my contractions were getting. When I went in to get checked I was 7cm dilated. Listen to your body. If you feel like you NEED to then I suggest you go in. They told me my contractions were irregular.

I have been contracting for 2 weeks and it's not doing anything -_- it's so frustrating.  Just keep waiting till they get harder and harder. I've been walking and now I'm dilated to 3. So I've made some progress. See if that helps.

I'd follow the 3-11 or  5-11 rule ..you're in real labor IF your contractions are 3-5 minutes apart lasting 1 minute for 1 hour.
