I litreally feel nothing.. At 4 weeks I had mild cramping on and off, and it's gone completely, I used to get mild headaches, there gone also, my boobs have gotten bigger and are tender at times, Iv really bad gas and frequently need to pee, but I am drinking more.

I literally have no other symptoms, has anyone else ever experienced no obvious symptoms and had a healthy pregnancy/ baby? I'm waiting on an appointment with my local maternity hospital. I just need someone to tell me this is normal from there experience! I'm such a worrier 😓 TIA x
