Implatation bbt dip?

Yesterday morning when u took my bbt it had dipped. ( I also didn't sleep very well) and I was having cramps through the day on and off. Well today I woke up and my bbt had spike back up to around were it was the day before yesterday. I have heard that during Implatation that your temp can dip so I was wondering you girls opinions do you think that's what happened or am I just our for this cycle. I'm also 7dpo.
