So my obgyn has asked me every visit can he tie my tubes when they do my c section. I keep telling him NO! He told me in previous visits to let him know if i want some kind of birth control. Soooo.....today he asks me AGAIN if he can tie my tubes. I say NO I HAVE ALREADY TOLD U NO IM NOT DOING THAT! I asked him if he could put me on birth control. He said nope, sorry i refuse to give u oral contraceptive bc of ur age and the risk of blood clots at ur age with birth control pills. I asked for my options. He said tir my tubes or condoms and risking to be pregnant again. What!!???? i am 35 weeks and so frustrated wit this doc, im so ready to find another doc this late in the game. And not to mention his bedside manner! Everytime he asks how im doing i tell him bout any issues i habe had and he planely says....."well u wanted to be pregnant so here u go!" Id expect him to possibly say that to a teen but not a grown ass woman! What should i do??
