Post O cramps?

So I've started having this weird crampy/bloated feeling after orgasm. It's a really sharp cramp at first and then kind of dulls into a period-like discomfort... Any ideas what this might be about?

I have those too sometimes. It could be from him hitting your cervix. Usually the cervix being irritated can cause cramps

I get the same thing??!!? I believe it's from how rough my BF gets when he's close to finishing that causes pain down there. You should be fine.  For me the pain goes away after a day or two
